Our Story
A quiet, lifelong home.

A Sanctuary of Hope

Anand Dham is a residential and vocational community of the Aastha Charitable Trust. It is a home built for adults with intellectual disabilities: a place to live with dignity, find purpose and belong.

Spread across 12.5 acres, the campus is shaped around quiet residential blocks, open gardens and shared spaces. It is designed to feel safe, warm and familiar. Less like a facility, more like home.
Through gentle routines, training and meaningful work, our residents take part in the life of the home. They make, grow, care and contribute, in their own way and at their own pace.

In their words

"I have a deep sense of Gratitude towards Anand Dham and the team. I believe that Anand Dham has provided better care for her compared to what we could have done as an individual/family. It is not an easy thing to care for differently abled individuals; the patience and empathy of caretakers, management, and the entire team is exemplary. Over the years, I have found Divya to have gotten less agitated and calmer in general. Her physical health and hygiene have significantly improved. She seems well-adjusted and comfortable. Once again, I humbly thank Anand Dham team."

"Namaste🙏. Am Jyoti R Shah, sister to both my brothers Rakesh Ganatra and Kaushik Ganatra. This is to express my gratitude towards Ananddham for taking care of my brother Rakesh when he was unwell. Thanks to the care and attention given to him by each and every member of the school staff, he recovered quickly and is now in an extremely comfortable zone. Whenever I visit him, the first thing which comes to my notice is that all the children are happy and smiling on the campus of this divine institution. Grateful to the management of the institution to lead by example."

"My sister Anita Pathak has been residing at Ananddham since February 2019. She feels very much at home there and is very happy. The best part about this institution is that the residents live with dignity and self-respect. The team members work to bring out the best in every individual so that they remain productively occupied. They are provided with nourishing, fresh, and tasty meals, and their health is looked after well with regular health checkups, exercise, and yoga. Guardians are also made to feel welcome and treated as part of the family. Hats off to team Ananddham.🙏🙏"
