4. Donations and Payments

4.1 Donation Process

When you make a donation through our Site, you will be redirected to Razorpay's secure payment gateway. All payment information is processed by Razorpay, and we do not store any credit/debit card or UPI details. Your donation is voluntary and non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy below.

4.2 Refund Policy

Donations are generally non-refundable. However, if an error occurs (e.g., duplicate transaction, incorrect amount), please contact us within 7 days at ananddham2016@gmail.com with your transaction details. We will review the matter and may, at our discretion, issue a refund. Refunds, if any, will be processed through Razorpay and may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account.

4.3 Tax Exemption

Donations made to AASTHA CHARITABLE TRUST FOR WELFARE OF THE MENTALLY CHALLANGED are eligible for tax exemption under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961. You will receive a receipt via email for your donation, which can be used for tax purposes.
